Doug Githens Creative Director, Art Director
Doug originally hails from the land of legendary winters and epic wings: Buffalo, New York. An accomplished illustrator, he designed greeting cards for Hallmark before joining the creative departments at Leo Burnett and Cramer Krasselt in Chicago as an art director.
In 1993, Doug picked up the family and moved to the warmer clime of Dallas, accepting
the role of creative director at DDB. Since then, he has applied his many talents at several agencies in town, both developing and guiding memorable work. To this day, Doug remains
a long-suffering Bills fan.
Brad Groom Creative Director, Writer
Although he was raised in the Show Me State, Brad would much rather tell you. He has always had a thing for words. A graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, Brad liked creating stories more than reporting them, so he pursued a career in advertising.
Over the years, Brad has worked at several Dallas agencies including Bozell and DDB, advancing from writer to creative director before pursuing a freelance career. He loves the challenge and reward of arriving at smart, original thinking. Brad still maintains that, well chosen, a word can be worth a thousand pictures.
